Terms & Conditions - Dermabeauties

Please review our policies before booking.

1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

- All treatments require a booking deposit.

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

- Late arrivals may shorten your session time.

2. Medical & Consent

- Clients must complete a consultation and consent form prior to treatment.

- It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all medical conditions.

- Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

3. Age Restrictions

- Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over.

- Valid ID may be required.

4. Refunds & Payments

- All payments are non-refundable once a treatment has been carried out.

- Refunds on deposits are not issued unless Dermabeauties cancels the appointment.

- Payment can be made via Card, Paypal, Cash or bank transfer.

5. Promotions & Gift Vouchers

- Discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months.

6. Data & Privacy

- Your personal data is handled securely. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Right to Refuse Service

- Dermabeauties reserves the right to decline treatment if deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Complaints

- Patients with concerns about treatment are entitled to make a complaint in person, by telephone, or in writing via email or letter. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.
